Feeling Patriotic

Hoping you all had a safe and wonderful 4th of July weekend! I definitely enjoyed mine. Today's look is all about re-purposing. I am wearing a dress as a skirt. I love garments that are multifunctional. As an ode to the holiday, I decided to rock my patriotic, red, white and blue with a fun twist.
