Dipped in Neon

Happy Hump Day!!!

Hoping you all are having a FANTABULOUS week. :-)

The Look:

I have taken a liking to the ripped jeans trend. Initially, I steered away from them because let's be honest, there's nothing attractive about meat a.k.a. fat leaking through the holes of your pants. So, I felt they weren't appropriate for me with the extra weight I am carrying these days. However, when I saw these I thought they were so fun and decided to give it a whirl. I figured, worse case scenario if I had "fat leakage" I'd just stash them away until I lost the extra pounds. Once I tried these babies on I fell in love, the fit is perfection. I wore these for dinner and a movie with the hubby and he was literally in love with these pants. His comments to me were, "Those are dope, looks like something I would pick out for you.", "Why don't you wear those pants more often", "They fit you really good." LOL....yes he really liked them which made me love them even more.

The Styling:

Initially, I was torn if I wanted to add a pop of color with my pump or bag but decided to go with the nude pump to allow the "party on the bottom" to truly be the focal point. I decided to go with all white to keep the look clean for the most part. However, these pants can be styled with a neon top too for full on color explosion. The look didn't require any over the top accessories, so I kept those minimal. Honestly, more often than not I like to keep my accessories minimal, outside of a fab statement necklace here and there. Also notice I am still getting wear out of my
